Notion is establishing a new presence in Miami through a partnership with Mana Tech, creating a direct connection between the global productivity platform and the city’s growing startup and technology ecosystem.
The partnership will bring Notion into Mana Tech’s Downtown Miami community through founder programming, dedicated events and product adoption, reaching a network of more than 3,000 founders and 330 startups.
As part of the partnership, Notion will become Mana Tech’s Official Productivity Platform, with the platform integrated into Mana Tech programs and founder workflows, including application tracking, KPI submissions, investor pipelines and company workspaces. Participating founders will have opportunities to explore how Notion can support company knowledge, project coordination and team workflows.

Building a meaningful presence in Miami
Through Mana Tech, Notion will have an ongoing platform to engage with founders, startups and technology leaders in Downtown Miami.
The partnership connects Notion with Mana Tech’s community of Miami-based founders and international entrepreneurs from more than 24 countries, many of whom use Miami as a gateway to grow their businesses in the U.S. market. Together, they bring diverse perspectives and connections to the local startup ecosystem. Mana Tech hosts more than 200 curated events annually and has supported more than 330 companies through its programs.
Rather than being limited to individual events or activations, the collaboration is designed to create recurring opportunities for local founders to meet peers, exchange experiences and explore how Notion can support the work of building a company.
Bringing Notion closer to Miami’s startups
The partnership will also bring Notion directly into Mana Tech’s startup programs and startups workflows. Participating founders will have opportunities to explore how Notion can help them organize company knowledge, coordinate projects and manage team workflows as their businesses grow.
Notion and Mana Tech will kick off the partnership with an official launch event on October 27, 2026, bringing together Miami-based founders, startup teams and technology leaders to connect, learn about the partnership and explore opportunities to get involved. Additional community events will follow, with dates and formats to be announced.
