Moishe Mana expands Mana Tech’s venture capital strategy into South America

Miami, FL, September 2026 – Moishe Mana, Founder and Chairman of Mana Tech, is expanding his vision for Miami as a global business and innovation hub by establishing a new venture capital corridor between South America and the United States.

As the starting point for this effort, Mana Tech has invested in Monashees new fund and signed a strategic partnership with them, to create a direct connection between the Brazilian VC ecosystem in São Paulo and Mana Tech’s network in Miami.

The partnership will connect Monashees’ founder and portfolio network with Mana Tech’s ecosystem in Downtown Miami, giving selected founders and companies access to U.S. investors, customers, corporations, strategic partners, and market-entry support.

For Mana Tech, the relationship represents the first step in a broader effort to build a network of venture capital partnerships across South America and connect some of the region’s strongest founders and companies with Miami.

“I have believed for years that Miami can become the meeting point between the Americas and the rest of the world,” said Moishe Mana, Founder and Chairman of Mana Tech. “What we are building with Mana Tech is infrastructure that makes those connections real. Monashees is an important first partner because of the strength of its network, the quality of the companies it has backed, and its focus on the next generation of AI companies. Connecting Monashees with Mana Tech in Miami gives founders a stronger path from Latin America to the U.S. market.”

Connecting São Paulo and Miami

Founded in São Paulo in 2005, Monashees has become one of Latin America’s most established venture capital firms, backing over 150 technology companies including 99, Rappi, Neon, Flash, Nomad, Clara and AI companies like Runway, Tractian and Vambe.

More recently, the firm has expanded its work with AI-native founders through initiatives including Gama House, a hub created in partnership with Google, B3, Stripe and Notion, where the most relevant founder communities in Brazil bring together AI native founders that aim for global markets.

That platform creates a natural connection with Mana Tech’s work. From its base in Downtown Miami, Mana Tech will connect participating companies with investors, potential customers, corporations, service providers, founders, and other ecosystem partners.

“Latin American founders are increasingly building companies for global markets from day one,” said Eric Acher, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Monashees. “Miami has become an important connection point between Latin America and the United States, and we believe that Mana Tech is the main partner that can give our founder community the platform to build relationships and soft-land in the U.S., via Miami.”

Building a broader venture corridor

The partnership with Monashees is the first step in Mana Tech’s broader strategy to build stronger venture capital relationships across South America.

Backed by Moishe Mana’s long-term vision and investment in Miami, Mana Tech is developing an ecosystem designed to connect international founders with the infrastructure and relationships required to establish and grow in the United States.

“We don’t see this simply as a partnership between two organizations,” said Charly Esnal, CEO of Mana Tech. “The larger opportunity is to create infrastructure connecting some of Latin America’s strongest venture ecosystems with the United States. Monashees is a natural place to start because of the quality of its founder network, its reach across the region and its focus on companies capable of becoming global.”

The partnership was formalized during a recent Mana Tech mission to Brazil led by Mana, Esnal and COO Conrado Morais. Across São Paulo, Florianópolis and Porto Alegre, the delegation met with investors, technology companies and innovation organizations as part of Mana Tech’s broader effort to strengthen the flow of companies, capital and opportunities between Brazil and Miami.

The next phase of the partnership will focus on founder introductions, U.S. market access, ecosystem programming, investor connections, and potential co-investment opportunities. Mana Tech will also continue developing relationships with venture firms and innovation ecosystems across Latin America as part of the broader initiative.
